T'ACH EXPERIENCES

T’ACH Experiences are haute cuisine dinners inspired by Chef Charlie Collins’ last two books, T´ACH Cocina autóctona panameña (T´ACH Panamanian Native Cuisine) and T´ACH II Cocina contemporánea panameña (T´ACH II Panamanian Contemporary Cuisine). You will enjoy a gastronomic tour of one or several regions of the country, where the carefully selected dishes represent a modern reinterpretation of native cuisine while maintaining the flavors and traditions, under the farm-to-table concept.

The Experiences consist of tasting menus of 5 to 7 dishes, designed for each group, with or without wine pairings, to celebrate that special moment.

Available for groups of minimum 6 people.

FIRESIDE DINNER

A delightful experience in front of the cozy fireplace of El Salto Cocktail Lounge, where you will enjoy local products transformed by Chef Charlie Collins, inspired by native Panamanian cuisine and its different cultural influences.

NIGHT UNDER THE STARS

Dine al fresco under the stars, at a table exquisitely arranged under the century-old mango tree, in the middle of our gardens. An exhilarating sensory experience that you will not soon forget.

THE COOL SPOT FIRE PIT

An ideal place to share with friends and family, it is a casual space to enjoy appetizers, wines and cocktails, with the T’ACH Restaurant seal.
